The 12th parliament will go into its maiden session on 30 January.

President Mohammed Shahabuddin convened the parliament session exercising his power bestowed upon him as per clause (1) of article 72 of the constitution, said a press release of the parliament secretariat today.

The session, also the first of 2024, will start at 3pm on that day.
