Position: Relationship Manager-Corporate Banking
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with a portfolio of corporate clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all banking needs.
- Identify and acquire new clients through targeted business development strategies and effective networking. Promote cross-selling of banking products and services.
- Conduct financial analysis, Credit risk assessments, and due diligence for loan proposals. Prepare credit applications in line with the bank's policies and risk appetite.
- Collaborate with internal product teams (e.g., Treasury, Trade Finance, Cash Management) to develop tailored financial solutions for clients.
- Monitor client portfolios to ensure credit quality, timely renewals, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and economic indicators that impact the corporate banking landscape.
- Work closely with credit analysts, legal, operations, and compliance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and risk mitigation.
- Committed to achieve set targets in terms of building assets and liabilities.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance & Banking, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Economics, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance & Banking, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Economics
Experience
- At least 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks
Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 40 years
- Strong knowledge of banking products including Lending, Trade Finance, Treasury, and Cash management solutions.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and credit analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Age: Should not exceed 40 years as on 31 March 2025
