Asian Duplex town appoints new celebrity ambassadors

Renowned television personalities Tauquir Ahmed and Bipasha Hayat have officially joined Asian Duplex Town as brand ambassadors, bringing their star power and public trust to one of Bangladesh's most prominent real estate ventures.

The agreement was formally signed on July 17, 2025, at a ceremony held in a prestigious hotel in Banani, Dhaka. The event marked a significant milestone in Asian Duplex Town's ongoing efforts to enhance public engagement and awareness regarding premium residential housing.

Mir Afsar Ali, Managing Director of Asian Duplex Town, signed the agreement alongside Tauquir Ahmed and Bipasha Hayat, who will now represent the brand in a series of promotional and public awareness campaigns.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr Ali said, "Tauquir bhai and Bipasha apu are iconic figures whose voices resonate with trust and sophistication. Their association with our brand reinforces our commitment to delivering world-class housing with integrity and excellence."

Also present at the signing event were Mir Kawsar Ali, Deputy Managing Director of Asian Duplex Town; Chowdhury Kamrul Ahsan, Senior Executive Director; and Sakib Hossain Arko, Senior Manager (Brand). Representatives from key partner organisations, including Monoar Pathan, CEO of Prionty Advertising, and Azahar Ali Chowdhury, Group Account Director at Grey Advertising, also attended the event alongside other senior officials.

The collaboration aims to promote the lifestyle aspirations and architectural elegance associated with Asian Duplex Town, a brand that has become synonymous with modern, planned housing communities in Bangladesh.

As brand ambassadors, Tauquir Ahmed and Bipasha Hayat will appear in a range of campaigns highlighting the values of trust, safety, and aesthetic living that define Asian Duplex Town's offerings.
