Amari Dhaka celebrates global cuisine with Feast of Flames and Flavour
Amari Dhaka has launched "A Feast of Flames and Flavour", a culinary celebration highlighting the aromas, bold tastes, and traditions of South Asian cuisine.
The festival is being held at the hotel's signature restaurant, Amaya Food Gallery, from 13 to 30 November, 2025.
Guests can enjoy a wide selection of kebabs, aromatic curries, freshly baked naans, biryanis, and regional specialities, prepared by Amari Dhaka's culinary team using authentic spices and high-quality ingredients.
"The Kebab and Curry Feast celebrates the depth and diversity of South Asian cuisine," the Amari Dhaka culinary team said. "We have blended authentic recipes with our signature presentation to create a comforting yet exciting experience."
The restaurant will feature live cooking stations and a buffet offering freshly grilled kebabs and simmering curries. The vibrant ambience, combined with aromatic spices and warm hospitality, aims to offer a festive and familiar dining experience.
The festival brings together traditions from the Middle East, South Asia, and beyond, with highlights including Pahari Murg Kebab, Tengri Ki Sholey, Mutton Noonari Sheekh Kebab, Chicken Leg Boneless, Chapli Kebabs, and the popular Lucknowi Tunday Kebabs. Seafood lovers can opt for Lobster Kebab, while vegetarian guests can enjoy a variety of salads, dips, and breads.
Curries also feature prominently, including rich Mutton Nehari, fragrant biryani, and a range of regional gravies. The dessert station offers Om Ali, baklava, revani, and mousse cakes.
"Our Feast of Flames pays homage to the global love for spice and smoke," the culinary team said. "Each dish has been crafted to offer authentic taste with a touch of Amari flair."
The buffet is priced at Tk7,786 net, with an exclusive "Pay 1 Eat 4" offer available for selected bank partners.
The festival is being held at Amaya Food Gallery on Level 13 of Amari Dhaka. Guests are invited to experience an evening of flavours, warmth, and hospitality.
